Connolly Brothers, Inc. announces that it has completed the construction of Eastern Yacht Clubs new racquets facilities. Established in 1870, the historic club is recognized for hosting significant national and international regattas. The newly-constructed facilities include clay tennis courts, paddle/platform tennis courts, spectator decks, a clubhouse featuring a tennis pro shop and a warming hut that invites members to connect and relax by the fireplace before or after a match.

Modular power company Vicor Corporations first-of-its-kind Converter housed in Package (ChiP) fabrication facility is featured as the Project of the Month in the most recent edition of the New England Real Estate Journal. Connolly Brothers provided pre-construction and construction management services on the 95,000 square-foot manufacturing expansion, collaborating with Gorman Richardson Lewis Architects on the project.

Odeida Guzman is a senior accountant at Connolly Brothers, where she has worked since 2019, providing excellent general accounting, cost accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable services. With more than 25 years of experience, she has previously worked for manufacturing, medical, retail, and technology companies. Guzman received her accounting degree from Dominican University O&M.

Connolly Brothers, Inc. is proud to announce that it has won an Excellence in Construction Award (EICA) from the Massachusetts Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC MA). The firm was recognized with a merit award for the construction of the new $16 million corporate headquarters for Harmonic Drive LLC, a manufacturer of gearheads, gear component sets, and servo actuators. Connolly Brothers provided pre-construction, design and engineering, and construction management services for the new 97,000 SF office and manufacturing plant situated on a previously undeveloped six-acre site in the Dunham Ridge Business Park in Beverly.

In the most recent edition of New England Real Estate Journal, Connolly Brothers President Jay Connolly discusses generations of historic renovation work at the Peabody Essex Museum, the oldest continually operating museum in the United States. Construction work on historic properties is a great responsibility, Connolly writes. It is also one that our family business does not take lightly.
