Connolly Brothers Inc. is thrilled to announce that David Garand has joined our team as an in-house Estimator.
David has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, advancing his career during this time from assistant superintendent to chief estimator and vice president of preconstruction. David's passion for construction hails back to the 1970s when he began working as a framing carpenter on luxury condos in Lake Tahoe. David's expertise includes working with a diverse group of clients in the retail, large-scale housing, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, educational, institutional, and historic restoration sectors, across 38 states and five countries, including the United States. He is proud to have been involved in a high volume of projects in these markets, totaling over six billion dollars in value, the largest single project being $200 million. David is also a certified Master Project Manager (MPM) and Certified International Project Manager (CIPM).
David's range of past employment experience includes working at Groom Construction Company, LeChase Construction, Preconstruction Associates, and Shawmut Design & Construction.
