Project Scope:
The oldest boarding school in New England, the Governor's Academy has been proudly educating students in grades 9 through 12 for over 250 years. Scope of the project included:
Construction of a 40,000 square-foot addition to the existing field house
Renovations to the gymnasium
Connolly developed and implemented extensive value-engineering concepts that successfully aligned the construction project with the school's budget, without sacrificing key project requirements
