Project Scope:
Shore Country Day School is a private school serving students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 9. When the school needed a new arts facility and additional classroom space, it turned to Connolly Brothers for assistance.
Scope included:
Ground-up construction of a new 10,000 SF building
Careful consideration as to means and methods of the schedule was imperative as construction occurred while the school was occupied.
Disruptions to the daily routine of the school were minimized by prudent planning and phasing.
