Connolly continued its 60+ year working relationship with Rousselot (formerly Eastman Gelatin Corporation) as Construction Manager to construct an upgrade to their Wastewater Pre-Treatment System. Due to poor soil conditions, this project required the use of rammed aggregate structural piers to support the new clarifying vessel and ancillary mechanical building.
