Project Scope:
Part of the Northshore Education Consortium, Northshore Academy Upper School serves special education students in grades 7-12 with social, emotional, and psychological challenges. Scope of this project included renovating an existing two-story office and manufacturing facility. This resulted in a 36,000 square-foot school featuring ample classroom space, science labs, art studio, gymnasium, cafeteria and student activity space.
Working with JHR Development, Connolly provided construction management services from preconstruction to completion. Connolly Brothers teamed with Deer Hill Architects LLC for design and engineering. The result is a learning environment that encourages students to be their best.
