To best serve its customers, Electric Insurance turned to Connolly Brothers to build its new corporate headquarters.
Electric Insurance needed its headquarters to function as a call center with maximum flexibility in space allocation for future personnel realignment. The solution was an innovative raised-access floor plenum system on all floors that allowed for easier air, electrical, and communications systems distribution.
Connolly delivered project development, preconstruction, design coordination, and construction management services on the project, and collaborated with architect Symmes Maini & McKee Associates on the 155,000 square-foot corporate headquarters.
