Project Scope:
Cardinal Cushing Centers is a nonprofit organization that provides special education to students from 6 to 22 years of age in need of modified academics as well as access to vocational programs. Connolly Brothers constructed the Cardinal Cushing MarketPlace during the COVID-19 pandemic. Scope of the project included:

• Ground-up construction of a 20,000 SF building
  
• Full-service café/bakery
  
• Boutique
  
• Thrift shop
  
• Classrooms
  
• Office space

Project scope also included site work to improve the building's parking lot and addition of an outdoor patio area.
