Cardinal Cushing Centers MarketPlace
Hanover, MA
Cardinal Cushing Centers is a nonprofit organization that provides special education to students from 6 to 22 years of age in need of modified academics as well as access to vocational programs. Connolly Brothers constructed the Cardinal Cushing MarketPlace during the COVID-19 pandemic. The marketplace is a 20,000 SF building that includes a full-service café/bakery, boutique, thrift shop, classrooms and office space. Project scope also included site work to improve the building's parking lot and addition of an outdoor patio area.

“The new, expanded location for our three stores gives us additional opportunities to offer vocational training to our students aged 10 to 22, and for the adults in our program to work in the businesses. Connolly Brothers did a great job managing the construction on this important project, navigating COVID-19 and keeping the project on track to completion." - Jansi Chandler, vice president of development for Cardinal Cushing Centers
