Project Scope:
This project consisted of construction of a 1,500 SF Class 1000 cleanroom on the second floor of an existing office space area. The project featured procurement and installation of (2) new 260 ton rooftop chillers, tempered chilled water upgrades, renovation to the existing gowning area, and construction of the new cleanroom. Mechanical systems for the chillers and cleanroom are fully automated into the building management system. The project provided many obstacles due to on-going production within the plant. Connolly Brothers completed the project with minimal disruption to production and office personnel.
