1. What drew you to the construction industry?
I got into the construction industry because my dad always had some kind of project going on, and it seemed like a natural fit to get involved.

2. What do you enjoy the most about what you do?
The most enjoyable part of the job is coordinating with all the subcontractors and providing them with the answers needed to carry the project over the finish line on time. On every project, we strive to meet or exceed clients' expectations.

3. What do you like about working in this industry?
The most interesting part about working in construction is being able to provide effective, amicable solutions to problems that may arise by collaborating with the engineers, subcontractors, clients, and design teams attached to a given project.

4. What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy boating, camping, hiking, and skiing. I also enjoy socializing with my family and friends.

5. What have been some of the most important lessons that you have learned throughout your career?
The biggest lesson I have learned in my career is, as the saying goes, "Do you want to be part of the problem or part of the solution?" I will always choose the latter.
