In March of 2025, Connolly was selected as Construction Manager for the Boys & Girls Club of Lynn's Phase 2 project, Building to the Future. This project is critical to the Club's mission, expanding its capacity to deliver vital educational, enrichment, and support programs for young people in the community.
The scope of this monumental project includes demolition of the existing gymnasium, to be replaced with a newly constructed addition which will house a new gymnasium, new indoor pool, a full cafeteria with commercial kitchen, fitness room, two additional licensed childcare classrooms, and dedicated spaces for dance and theater. Once completed, the Club will be able to provide services to approximately 300-400 additional kids in Lynn and the surrounding communities.
We are honored to be a part of this project and to have been invited to celebrate the groundbreaking (pictured below) on August 14th 2025.
