Connolly worked closely with the W.L. French team to maximize a 22-acre site in Billerica, Mass. Scope of this design-build project included construction of a new 48,000 square foot maintenance facility featuring 10 drive-through maintenance bays with five-ton and ten-ton overhead cranes, a heavy equipment wash bay, in addition to a diesel filter cleaning system, a truck tire carousel, parts storage, and service management offices. The 12,000 SF office facility includes a fitness center, meeting spaces, and collaborative workspaces. Together, the new buildings provide new technologies and energy efficiencies and the ability to handle demand for operations tied to W.L. French's continued growth.
