Weir Valve and Controls USA is one of the world's leading engineering businesses, manufacturing valves that serve infrastructure and energy customers in more than 50 countries. Scope of this project included renovating an existing 100,000 square-foot facility to accommodate a consolidation/relocation of equipment and employees from another site. Connolly collaborated closely with architect Symmes Maini & McKee Associates. The team achieved significant cost savings by retrofitting existing spaces and exploring other value engineering ideas to modify the manufacturing and office areas of the building.
