With its main corporate headquarters in Germany, KROHNE, a leading international manufacturer and supplier of industrial process instrumentation solutions, needed a location for its North American headquarters. Hoping for a turn-key solution, KROHNE approached Connolly Brothers. Scope of the project included: construction of a new 94,000 SF facility. Collaborating with German architectural firm DHP Dubbick Hiersig + Partner, Connolly designed, permitted, and built a state-of-the-art building with 74,000 SF of dedicated manufacturing space with a mezzanine, 20,000 SF of office, and a glass pedestrian bridge between the two spaces.

Connolly's design-build expertise enabled all facets of this project to come together successfully.
