This $12 million Design/Build project for a private golf club features a 30,000 s.f. first class Clubhouse and Pro-Shop. Construction included the planned historic renovation of an existing 48,000 s.f. mansion built in the early 1900s that will be utilized as part of the clubhouse and a small luxury hotel. The facility contains elegant locker rooms with mahogany and maple lockers, banquet and meeting facilities with raised panel walls, a complete commercial kitchen, restaurants, and a clubroom bar with exposed heavy timber trusses.
