This $2 million facility features approximately 22,000 s.f. of office space, truck repair space, and wash bay with a separate fuel island. Site work included demolition of a 60,000 s.f. building, extensive grading, and approximately 5 acres of paved parking area. This facility continues the twenty-year relationship Connolly has developed with Ryder in planning, designing and constructing their facilities.
