The $3.9m project involved the construction of a 100,000 SF pre-engineered building for electronics storage and distribution. Connolly worked with John Daley Associates and the Owner to maximize the use of the site while remaining sensitive to the neighboring residential properties. Significant restrictions due to the location of the facility near protected wetlands required ConnollyÕs diligence and adherence to Conservation Committee requirements. This project was the second major facility that Connolly has constructed with Rochester Electronics and John Daley associates.
