This $22.3 million corporate headquarters functions as a call center and has a state-of-the-art raised access floor system on all floors that provides a plenum for air distribution, electrical distribution, and communications systems. This innovative design allows for maximum flexibility in space allocation and future personnel realignment. The facility is a steel-framed structure with pre-cast concrete spandrel panels at the facades and features continuous strip glass windows and a reflective glass curtain wall system. Interior space includes large open office areas with perimeter offices and conference areas all lit with indirect suspended light fixtures. The core of the facility contains restroom areas, elevators, cafe areas and storage. The facility also has a complete on-site commercial kitchen as well as indoor and outdoor seating for employees.
