This $1.4 million renovation of an existing metal fabrication shop into an educational facility for physically and mentally handicap clients represented an interesting design challenge for the Connolly Brothers design team. The non-profit status of the client meant that the goals of meeting a budget and maximizing value were paramount. Connolly Brothers succeeded in designing and constructing the facility to the great satisfaction of the client and this success has lead to several other projects with this client.
