This $4 million clean room project consisted of construction of a 1500 SF Class 1000 clean room on the second floor of an existing office space area. The project featured procurement and installation of (2) new 260 ton rooftop chillers, tempered chilled water upgrades, renovation to the existing gowning area, and construction of the new clean room. Mechanical systems for the chillers and clean room are fully automated into the building management system. The project provided many obstacles due to on-going production within the plant. Connolly Brothers completed the project with minimal disruption to production and office personnel.
