This $24.3 million Research and Development Office Building project is a 150,000 s.f. two-story facility whose construction required the relocation of an existing high-voltage above ground electrical service to a new underground distribution system. The existing electrical system supplied power to the entire site and therefore careful coordination and timely shutdowns were required. The project also involved extensive wetland replication, new access roads and various infrastructure improvements including entranceways, exterior lighting systems, courtyards, walkways, and finished landscaping for the entire grounds.
